TheThe Bodybuilderspodcast hosts and best friends have teamed up with Marshalls to launch “It’s Giving Gifts!” — a uniquely curated holiday gift guide that’s very on brand for the duo. Unlike other sponsored lists, this one comes with very selective, but all-knowing categories — from “best gifts for the cool girl who is always late and makes you think punctuality is kind of embarrassing” to “best gift for your situationship who got you a gift so now you have to get them one even though you didn’t know you were doing that…” — for consumers to pull from when finding the best option for all the people in their lives.

“I feel like one of the top emotions that accompany the holiday season is stress and anxiety about this very thing: gift giving,” Rogers, 35, exclusively tells PEOPLE.

He adds, “If you’re lucky, like Bowen and I are, you have a lot of people who’ve been in your life year in and year out. And it can become a little bit overwhelming and stressful to not feel like you’re repeating yourself. Or even if you are putting a lot of thought into what’s happening — in terms of what’s gonna arrive in their arms on Christmas morning — you can second guess yourself.”

Echoing that sentiment, Bowen, whose own philosophy for holiday shopping is to keep things “personal and fun and whimsical,” adds that he also “gets swept up in the craze of the holidays.”

“So what we were thinking for this partnership was, ‘What if it wasn’t stressful? What if it were fun?’ ” the “Have You Heard of Christmas?” singer continues. “So when we created these categories, what we were doing was we were creating characters to buy for.”

Unlike the “generic” gift guides out there that “aren’t even helpful,” Bowen says, “It’s a really refreshing point of view here.”

That said, a few of the other fun options include fashion and homeware ideas for the “best gifts for the friend who thinks cashmere is mandatory but paying full price is optional;” beauty and accessories options for the “best gifts for the mom whose idea of a sensible walking shoe is a stiletto;” and a selection of exercise equipment, wellness tech and workout wear for the “best gifts for your friend who is so locked in on working out that they’re ready for the apocalypse.”

“There’s a world of possibility and everything in that world can be found in Marshalls,” Rogers puts it, while Yang notes, “You have this monopoly of things at Marshalls to choose from.”

“It’s all just fun,” Rogers adds.

For the best friends andFire Islandcostarswho continue to take the podcast to new heights with the recently televised Las Culturistas Culture Awards and headline-making interviews with Jennifer Lawrence and other A-list guests, the partnership with Marshalls is a poignant one.

“This is our first holiday campaign together, which I think is especially meaningful,” theWickedstar says, explaining, “Matt and I don’t say yes to every brand opportunity because we’re busy doing different things.” He adds, “A lot of boxes had to be checked. A lot of things had to intersect for this to happen.”

When it comes to the store itself, “it’s the Geena Davis of retail. They both came into the world in 1956,” Yang says, adding that they were happy “it’s a brand that was willing to have a sense of humor about the way it presents gifts.”

Beyond the synergy withThe Bodybuildersthere’s “our emotional connection to Marshalls,” says theSaturday Night Livestar, who is motivating himself to do all his shopping in-store this year. “We both grew up going there. We continue to go there in our adulthoods. I live next to one that I went to last week.”
