Irish Fighter Ian Machado Gary Defeats Bilal Muhammad And Challenges Islam Makhachev (video)

After defeating his rival, Bilal Muhammad, the Irish fighter sent a message of challenge to the Russian champion, Islam Makhachev.

The Irish fighter said after his victory: “I dealt strong blows to my opponent, but he did not feel anything. He is a brilliant wrestler. There are Islam Makhachev and Shoukat Rakhmonov, but I am great on my feet and on the ground.

Give me everything. I defeated the former champion.”

He sent a challenging message to the Russian champion, saying: “Islam, you also will not be able to defeat me and drop me on the floor of the ring. I am the best in the world. Get ready to defend your belt.

No one will surpass me. I will cut off your streak of victories. See you soon.”

It is noteworthy that Islam Makhachev defeated Australian Jack Della Maddalena by points for the welterweight title in the fight that brought them together last Sunday, in New York, within the “UFC 322” tournament, and he won the title of (UFC) light middleweight champion.

Makhachev, who achieved 28 wins against one loss, held the title of lightweight champion, becoming the first Russian to win the UFC belt in two different weights.

While 37-year-old Bilal Muhammad suffered his second defeat in a row and the fifth during his professional career so far, compared to 24 victories.
