Liverpool Christmas Wishlist From Salah To Transfers

Liverpool Christmas Wishlist From Salah To Transfers
Dear Santa, Liverpool fans here. There are several things on our Christmas wish list this year…
Santa is on his way, and as Liverpool fans there will be no shortage of what we wish to see under the tree on the big day.
From goals, silverware and issues at Anfield, to injuries, contracts and much , the list is an extensive one!
Alexander Isak to have a smooth recovery
This wish was initially for Alexander Isak to start scoring goals having struggled to make his mark at the club, a stark contrast to the confidence rolling off Hugo Ekitike.

But just after seeing the finishing he is capable of, his leg breaks and we are now left to hope that his recovery is smooth and he’s back up and running sooner rather than later.
It could be the case that the club put him on ice for the rest of the season, as he was still yet to return to full fitness before the injury, but all we can wish for is a quick recovery.
Not quite the Christmas wish we wanted for Isak, but Liverpool have to make the best of it – whatever that looks like…
Invest in the forward line in January
Liverpool’s priority in the winter may have been the defence, but Isak’s injury – plus also Salah’s absence in January – means the club have to act.

As it stands, Slot has only Hugo Ekitike, Federico Chiesa and Ngumoha River as recognised forward options – one of them he clearly doesn’t trust and the other is a teenager he’s resistant to use.
Antoine Semenyo has chosen Man City so Liverpool’s season could hinge on pursuing another versatile option capable at No. 9 and out wide.
This is right up there at the top of the wish list.
To put the run of dreadful results behind us
Slot has been under immense pressure and ought to still be after he oversaw a run of nine defeats from 12 games.

There has been a recent upturn in results, thankfully, but needs to be addressed across every department to ensure the team do not plunge back to one loss after another.
Consistency needs to be found in performances, as does a strategic plan that gets the best out of the players, qualities which we have not been able to shout about throughout the season so far.
Slot needs to find the permanent answers.
A centre-back signing in January
Marc Guehi, fancy posing by the Christmas tree with a Liverpool shirt?

That would be an ideal scenario for the club, who must be kicking themselves that they did not make sure the deal got over the line in the summer.
Liverpool need depth in the position. Joe Gomez‘s injury ought to have sent alarm bells ringing, and if it is not to be Guehi, then Liverpool need to find the next best solution.
This season still has life left in it, and Liverpool need to take a front-foot approach.
Another piece of silverware
It certainly feels out of reach at the moment, but this time of year is all about dreaming, and this one ticks the box for that!
the و to و Liverpool – تفاصيل مهمة
The FA Cup and Champions League kicks off again after the New Year, and Liverpool need to make sure they are in the discussion at the business end, especially with their title defence looking beyond them.
Last season’s celebrations were incredible, and we want of that feeling.
Mo Salah returns and we move on from the drama
There is so much left for Mo is wrong to offer Liverpool, and we want to see him back after his time at the Africa Cup of Nations and with the dramafirmlybehind us.
Injuries in the forward line make it so that moving him on in January is not quite an option, so a happy medium will have to bound between Slot and the Egyptian to get the most of out him.
the و and و to – تفاصيل مهمة
This is a player who scored 34 goals and set up 23 last season, he has not become bad overnight. If Salah can find form in front of goal and Slot finds a system for him, that trophy may be a little realistic.
Futures sorted for Ibrahima Konate and Andy Robertson
Similar to this time last year, but instead of three contracts to sort there are two.
Andy Robertson and Ibrahima Konate are both to become free agents in the summer unless an agreement is reached to extend their terms.
Both are at different stages of their careers. The former has shown why he is so vital on the pitch and in the dressing room this season, while the latter is entering his prime years, even if his performances have not always reflected that.

A big decision awaits the players and the club, but it needs to come in a timely fashion, especially if a farewell is to be planned.
Liverpool to sort the queues outside Anfield
Supporters have been missing kickoff at Anfield due to the introduction of 100 percent searches for every person entering the ground, causing large queues and long waits.
Even if you arrive early, as advised, you can be in long queues and there has yet to be a positive change in getting supporters inside in a safe, timely fashion.
It’s causing frustration before games have even started, and a solution from the club is needed to ensure pre-match routines can stay and fans can arrive at the ground only looking forward to getting inside.

A song for Dominik Szoboszlai
His name doesn’t exactly lend itself to seamlessly fitting into the beat of a song, but there is no question that Dominik Szoboszlai ought to be the next to be given the honour of a chant.
He has been our best player this season by some distance, and he is deserving of one that gets Anfield bouncing.
Time to make it happen.
Stocking fillers and other items on the wish list
• For Joe Gomez to put his injury woes behind him – and score that first goal!
• That Man City verdict would be nice to have. They were charged in February 2023!
• Federico Chiesa to get starts/minutes
• Start succession planning for Salah
• A new No. 6 in the summer, that is a must!
• And fewer injuries, please!
